Send captured images from phone to SU2

This is similar to sending a screenshot from your PC. This code runs on your phone and captures images taken by the camera and sends them to a Nokia SU-2 (or any other bluetooth image viewer, e.g. a Crabat).

You need AvetanaOBEX for this. The code works fine on my 6600.
